Lee-Anne grew up on Vancouver Island, mainly in Nanaimo. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia and lived in Vancouver for 10 years, where she worked in industry, education and health care. After moving back to the Island she changed careers and in 2002 started articling at Church Pickard. She received her Chartered Accountant designation in 2005.

During her time at Church Pickard, Lee-Anne has practiced in the areas of general accounting and advising, audits and reviews of financial statements, and tax. She spent several years as our audit manager, and for the last 10 years she has acted as the firm's tax expert.
